Deviant Behavior Homework Chapter 1 Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 500 words

Freak Behavior Homework Chapter 1 - Essay Example To be sure, flighty proprietors of weapons have made a lot of wretchedness friends and family of the individuals who passed on from shootings like the Virginia Tech case. Guns are sold and exchange at nearby firearm appears, swap meets, web and even ordered advertisements. These exchanges don't require a record verification; hence, an indicted criminal or an intellectually sick individual can as a rule get guns in this bothersome way. This training must be halted. We should tell our chosen authorities the Brady law needs to oversee all gun deals for both authorized and unlicensed vendors. The holding up period ought to be ten business days which would permit neighborhood offices to do the vital itemized individual verification and to speak with every single other state before a buy is made. Florida has probably the most vulnerable firearm laws in the country. There is no state limit on the quantity of guns that can be bought at once. As a result, a firearm dealer can purchase enormous amounts of weapons from a weapon store and exchange them to hoodlums from different states with harder weapon laws. An individual ought not be permitted to buy more than one firearm in a six-month time frame except if such individual is a state authorized seller. Sadly Florida has no current state authorizing or oversight framework which makes it exceptionally hard for law implementation to screen unlawful guns. Each state must have a weapon vendor guideline which would consider a firearm dealer responsible for their activities and help keep hoodlums and different risky individuals from acquiring firearms. For those whose lives have changed in view of the careless utilization of a gun, no law is ever enough. The subsequent site presents the defense for having guns. In fact, the Second Amendment secures the privileges of all Americans to remain battle ready for self preservation. All in all, for what reason should this revision change? The National Rifle Association has burned through a large number of dollars on

How to Apologize and Say Im Sorry In German

The most effective method to Apologize and Say I'm Sorry In German You are probably going to commit either social errors or miscommunicate your goals as an understudy of the German language, particularly on the off chance that you are going through German-talking nations. In this manner, on your not insignificant rundown of jargon basics to ace when considering the language, make certain to incorporate German articulations of absolution and pardoning yourself. When choosing what articulation to use after youve committed an error or misquoted something, decide in favor of pardoning yourself an excess of as opposed to insufficient. Simply trust you don’t need to utilize the accompanying articulations over and over again however in the event that you do, realize which articulation or expression is right. Pardoning Yourself At the point when you have to state pardon me, the German language gives a few different ways to make the solicitation. In the models in this and the ensuing segments, the German articulation is recorded on the left, with the English interpretation on the right, trailed by a concise clarification of the social setting where required. Entschuldigung Excuse me. (for example, when you need to pass by)Entschuldigen Sie bitte/Entschuldige (easygoing) Â Excuse meEntschuldigen Sie bitte meine Fehler. Â Excuse my mistakes.Entschuldigen Sie/Entschuldige, dass... Reason me that/Sorry that...Entschuldigen Sie bitte, dass ich Sie stã ¶re. Â Excuse me for upsetting you.Entschuldige bitte, dass ich es vergessen habe. Â Sorry for overlooking. Saying Sorry for a Mishap There are two different ways to state that you are upset for a little incident or error, as appeared in this model: Entschuldigung/Ich bitte Sie/dich um Entschuldigungâ Sorry/Please pardon me. To Ask for Forgiveness There are likewise a few different ways to request pardoning in German: Jemanden um Verzeihung bittenâ To approach someone for forgivenessIch bitte Sie/dich um Verzeihung.â I approach you for forgiveness.KÃ ¶nnen/Kannst Sie/du mir diese Dummheiten verzeihen? Would you be able to excuse my foolishness?Das habe ich nicht so gemeint.â I didn’t mean it that way.Das war doch nicht so gemeint.â It wasn’t implied in that way.Das war nicht mein Ernst I wasn’t genuine. Note how the last three models do exclude the word pardon or reason. Rather, you are basically requesting absolution by saying something showing that you were not genuine or that the expected significance of your activity or explanation was misconstrued. To Regret Something German offers some brilliant approaches to state that you lament making a specific move or offering a specific expression. Etwas bedauernâ lament somethingIch bedauere sehr, dass ich sie nicht eingeladen habe I lament not having welcomed her.Es tut mir Leid I am sorry.Es tut mir Leid, dass ich ihr nichts geschenkt habe I lament not having given her a present.Leider habe ich keine Zeit dafã ¼r. Shockingly, I don't possess any energy for that.Es ist schade, dass er nicht hier ist. It’s really awful that he isn't here.Schade! Really awful! (or then again Pity!) Note how in the last model, utilizing an expression like Too terrible! in English would be viewed as a social blunder as though you were stating Tough karma! in a deprecatory way. Yet, the expression in German does, without a doubt, demonstrate that you are being penitent and requesting pardoning for your offense, whatever it might be.

Blog Archive MBA News The Third Round Not So Foreboding After All

Blog Archive MBA News The Third Round Not So Foreboding After All Today’s MBA applicants generally accept that mostâ€"if not allâ€"admissions-related “action” tends to occur during the first two rounds of application submissions, with Round 1 ending in September/October and Round 2 in January. However, as we have long told candidates, Round 3 is not some kind of practical joke the admissions committees perpetrate on hapless applicants. The top MBA programs would not have a third round if they were not willing and prepared to accept more applicants during that time frame. Why waste their limited resources reviewing candidates they could not accept? Now the Wall Street Journal has corroborated what we have been saying for years (“B-Schools Embrace Last-Minute Applicants”), with a number of MBA admissions directors substantiating the message. The managing director of MBA admissions and financial aid at Harvard Business School, Dee Leopold, told the Journal, “We actually enjoy round three. … It takes a certain amount of confidence to apply then. Those applicants march to their own drum, and we would never want to miss them.” Meanwhile, Liz Riley Hargrove, the associate dean for admissions at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, declared, “Once upon a time, the later rounds of admissions were viewed as candidates who were denied from other business schools,” adding, “That’s not the case at Fuqua anymore.” Meanwhile, Ann Richards, who is the interim director of admissions and the director of financial aid at the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University, permitted that Round 3 can be an acceptab le option but emphasized that she wants applicants to explain why they have chosen that round. “We have really vivid imaginations,” she said. “We don’t want to imagine that you just got out of jail and that’s why you’re applying.” So, which applicants tend to be successful in the third/final round? Typically, schools accept Round 3 candidates who are underrepresentedâ€"but what does that mean, exactly? Essentially, the schools want well-rounded incoming classes that include a variety of backgrounds and experiences. The MBA programs probably have no shortage of white, male management consultants in their applicant pool, so if this describes you, you could have a more difficult time capturing the admissions committee’s attention. However, if you can offer something a little more singular or specialâ€"for example, you worked on an oil rig in Siberia, launched a nonprofit in Detroit, completed military duty in Afghanistan, or finalized your research into a new Parkinson’s drugâ€"your chances of standing out to the admissions committee will likely be much higher. In short, if you can contribute something truly unique to the school, then you are admissible, regardless of the round in which you apply; you should therefore proceed with confidence. If you are unsure whether you represent something truly unique, consider taking advantage of our free 30-minute consultation to find out. Share ThisTweet News

Three events which occur and help demonstrate the reason why the meeting was ineffective include the lack of leadership skills from the boss who was the team leader. Vaccinations Should Be Mandatory Vaccinations Essay

â€Å"If everything is God s will, then so is the invention of the vaccine, just like the seatbelt.†-Els Borst. This is relevant because if vaccinations were not an effective medical advancement, then they would not have ever been created or used. Vaccinations should be required by governments for the well being of everyone, with the exception of religious obligation. A resistance to vaccine requirements is that some people think vaccinations are propaganda from the government as some sort of money maker or poison. Also, most do not realize that refusing vaccinations for themselves or their children affects more than just that specific person. The key to acceptance of government required vaccinations is good information. People need more information so they know what vaccinations are and what they do. The more educated the general public is on the matter, the more likely they will be willing to support these government mandates. The definition for vaccine is â€Å" a substance that is usually injected into a person or animal to protect against a particular disease.†(Vaccine,). Vaccinations are meant to help the body become immune, or build up antibodies against a certain type of disease. Abraham Lincoln vs John F Kennedy Essay Example For Students

Abraham Lincoln vs John F Kennedy Essay Abraham Lincoln and John F. Kennedy:Two very different times, but two very similar menThe two most discussed assassinations out of the four within the position of the United States President are that of Abraham Lincoln and John F. Kennedy. There are many similarities between the two and there are also some differences. There are many similarities associated with the assassination of Lincoln and Kennedy. They were both assassinated on the same day, and the men that were caught for the crime were born a century apart from each other and they were both killed before their trials. A difference between the two men is Lincoln was poor and worked his way to the top and Kennedy was born into a wealthy family in which his father was a large political figure. Both men had different struggles but they were similar in many ways. Abraham Lincoln was born on February 12, 1809 and was raised in a log cabin in Kentucky until he was seven. In 1816, he and his family moved to Indiana. Lincoln was raised in a farming family and with no ambition for education. He went to school long enough to read and write and then stopped attending school so he could work on the farm. Both natural parents raised Abraham until 1818 when his mother, Nancy Hanks Lincoln died. In 1819 Abrahams father, Thomas, married a woman named Sarah Bush. By this time Lincoln was nine years old and very capable of taking care of himself and the farm. John F. Kennedy was born on May 29, 1917 in Massachusetts. Unlike Lincoln, John F Kennedy was raised in a fairly wealthy family. His father, Joseph P. Kennedy was the ambassador to Great Britain during the administration of Franklin D. Roosevelt. He was very well educated, and in 1940 he graduated from Harvard University with the honor of winning note with the publication of Why England Slept which wa s an expansion of his senior theses on Britains lack of preparation for World War II. Then in August of 1943, as commander of the U.S. Navy he became a war hero by rescuing several crewmen after the boat was rammed by a Japanese destroyer. Abraham Lincoln and John F. Kennedy each began their political careers at an early age. Abraham Lincoln ran for the Illinois legislature in 1832 when he was just 23 years old but he was unsuccessful. However, two years later, he was elected to the Lower House for the first four successive terms as a Whig until 1841. Lincoln was married to Mary Todd Lincoln on November 4, 1842. In 1847 to 1949 Lincoln served as a member of the United States House of Representatives where he opposed the Mexican War. In 1854 there was a Kansas-Nebraska Act presented before Congress which would open lands previously closed to slavery to the possibility of its spread by local opinion. Lincoln strongly opposed slavery and viewed it as immoral so when the act passed in 1854 Lincoln was loosing interest in politics. In 1856 he joined the newly reformed Republican Party and two years later campaigned for the Senate against Douglas. Lincoln appeared with Douglas in seven debates. This was his first considerabl e national fame. However, he did not win the Senate seat. The democratic holdovers in the upper house elected Douglas. John F. Kennedy became involved in politics after World War II. In 1946 he was elected to the U.S. Congress, representing a district in greater Boston. He was a democrat and served three terms or six years in the House of Representatives. In 1952 Kennedy was elected to the U.S. Senate. In 1953 Kennedy had barely missed being picked as the Democratic Parties candidate for Vice President. In 1860 Lincoln was elected President and in 1960 Kennedy also was honored with the position of President of the United States. Kennedy. Not only were they both assassinated while in the most honorable and prestigious position in the United States, but there are many similarities within the structure of the assassinations and those involved. First of all, Abraham Lincoln and John F. Kennedy were both elected for the term in which they were assassinated, and that took place on Nov. 8th, 100 years apart from each other. President Lincoln was assassinated in 1863. On hundred years later in 1963 President Kennedy was also assassinated. Both presidents were shot on a Friday, in th e head from behind and both Lincoln and Kennedys wives were present at the time of the shooting. John Wiles Booth was the assassignator of Abraham Lincoln. Mr. Booth shot Lincoln in the Ford Theatre, and was found in a warehouse later that evening. The assassignator of John F. Kennedy, Lee Harvey Oswald, shot Kennedy in a Ford Lincoln Continental, from a warehouse, and was found later that day in a theatre. Lincolns assassinator was born in 1839 and Kennedys was born 100 years later in 1939. Both Booth and Oswald were known by their full names and both were murdered before their trials. There have been four presidents that have been assassinated. Along with Lincoln and Kennedy, James Garfield and William McKinley were also assassinated as presidents. Lincoln and Kennedy are the two that are the most similar and are missed and talked about the most out of the four. Both men were heroes of their time and both were greatly respected and revered by most of the nation they led. Although Lincoln was born into poor home and Kennedy was born into the political world, they were able to accomplish many great things while they were in office. They were both reelected for another term but were then killed on November 8th exactly one century later. Although these men are dead they are still greatly missed by those that loved them. King James 1

King James 1 Free Online Research Papers King James I, full name James Charles Stuart, was born to Mary Queen of Scots on June 19, 1566 at Edinburg Castle located in Scotland. James’ father Henry Stuart Lord Darnley was killed in February 1567 when James was eight months old. Many historians believe that Mary Queen of Scots arranged the murder of her husband. In July of 1567 James’ mother had to abdicate the throne in favor of James. Five days later James was crowned King James I at the young age of 13 months. Mary was imprisoned by her cousin Queen Elizabeth of England and in February 1587 (19 years later) she was executed for being part of a plan to assassinate Queen Elizabeth. Because James was so young when his mom imprisoned he never knew either of his parents. James married Anne of Denmark and enjoyed hunting with her. One day during a hunting trip Anne accidently shot James’ favorite hunting dog Jewell. Anne was so upset over killing James’ dog that James felt bad for her a bought her gi ft to show that it was all okay. King James did not have many political accomplishments. One of the only political accomplishments was becoming the first King to be king of both Scotland and England. In 1603 Queen Elizabeth died and appointed James as king. James was now King James I of Scotland and King James VI of England. At that point James had been King of Scotland for 36 years. Even though James did not have many political accomplishments he was able to keep both England and Scotland out of war. King James was extremely lingual; he could speak Greek, Latin, English and Scots fluently and was taught some Italian and Spanish. Because of his wide variety of languages he nearly never needed a translator which helped make other rulers respect him more. From when James was a young boy he had George Buchanan as a tutor. Buchanan was 64 when he started teaching James and taught him to love and understand literature. Some believe that because of Buchanan James was the most schooled and curious person to sit on any throne. With his teaching James wrote Basilicon Doron (The Kingly Gift). This 153 page document was not meant for the public. There was only supposed to be seven copies made, but since there was so many forged versions of the document James had it published for everyone to read and it became a best seller in Welsh, Latin, French, Swedish and German for over 50 years. The Basilicon Doron was meant for his oldest son Prince Henry to teach him how to rule in his footsteps because James had many assassination attempts. There are three volumes in the Basilicon Doron. The first of the three volumes is â€Å"A Kings Christian Duties Towards God†. King James was a really big Catholic, and because of this many puritans were afraid of him. James did one thing that helped boost the catholic religion immensely. He created the first ever full translation of the bible, known as the Authorized King James Version of the Bible. James believed that the Holy Bible was the best gift he could give his subjects because it would save them with the â€Å"Word of God†. In July of 1604 James appointed 54 men to the task of translating the bible. The Authorized Version of the bible is respectively the greatest religious literary work in the world. In 1612 King James suffered a major loss, his son and successor Price Henry died. Four years later his wife Anne of Denmark died. Six years later on March 27, 1625 at the age of 59 King James died. King James died in peace with his subject and the outside world, unlike many other Scottish monarchs and passed his power on to an adult son. King James I of England and VI of Scotland was buried at Westminster Abbey. Roman Empire Essay Example for Free

Roman Empire Essay The Romans created urban centers that looked and functioned much like our urban centers do today. Pick an example of an actual coliseum, arena, or civic center in your area. Describe its style and function as if it were a Roman building in a Roman city. The term arena, signifying the place of combat, is derived from arena or harena, the sand sprinkled on the fighting field to soak up blood and facilitate cleaning. I would compare our local coliseum to the Roman urban center, it is named Hampton Coliseum and it has held numerous events such as the urban center. The Hampton Coliseum is basically the center of the city of Hampton such as an urban center in a Roman city. The Hampton Coliseum is arena like and the size of a football field. The Hampton Coliseum had its ground breaking on May 24, 1968. There were 96 exterior triangular shaped concrete wall panels poured, each weighing approximately 26 tons. Each panel was pelted with stones to give a speckled appearance. Also cast on the site were 700 concrete bleacher sections, weighing from one to three tons each. In all, 17,000 cubic yards of concrete were used for the structure, including 300 cubic yards for the arena floor alone. The floor contains nearly 10 miles of coolant coil for freezing the ice rink. The floor of the arena is almost the size of a football field. I have included pictures of the coliseum to show the comparison to a Roman building. This is the inside of the Hampton Coliseum. This is the outside of the Hampton Coliseum. As you can see in the pictures the structure is very similar to a Roman building as far as the rectangular shape of the entrance and triangular walls in a circular pattern so that the seats could be constructed on the upper floors and balconies of the surrounding buildings and erect barriers at the entry points on ground level. If you look at the Hampton Coliseum and a Roman building like the one below, you can see how much they are alike.

Essay --

In the Crito, Socrates debates with his friend and follower Crito on escaping from prison where Socrates awaits execution. Crito unsuccessfully attempts to persuade Socrates to escape from prison but the latter is adamant and opts to remain in prison and meet his fate. This paper argues that Socrates had strong convictions in his arguments. Therefore, the paper defends Socrates decision citing it as accurate and commendable even though it marked the end of his life. Firstly, the paper examines Crito’s propositions exhibiting the eminent strong points as well as the destabilizing shortcomings. The second part examines Socrates defense outlining why it was the rightful choice. The main attention will be on Socrates core argument founded on justice and doing injustice maligns one’s soul. Therefore, the paper concludes by phrasing that it is not worth to live with a tainted, distraught and ruined soul. Propositions by Crito According to Crito, there are three major reasons as to why Socrates should escape from the prison. Notably, Crito offers lame self centered excuses for Socrates escape. Indeed, two of the reasons do not stand ground whereas the third concentrates on the victim’s responsibility to his offspring. Crito begins by proposing Socrates escape because failing to do so will doubly hurt him. Firstly, Crito enjoys a warm and cordial friendship with Socrates. Therefore, his execution would distraught and melancholy him. On the other hand, Crito says that the execution of Socrates will harm his reputation. People will tantalize, taunt and jeer him for valuing his monies more than the life of his friend. This is because Crito can bribe Socrates way out of prison. According to Crito, the population will be prejudicial to him un... ...educed that it is not significant to live but instead to live a just and moral life. The second argument that supports Socrates decision to stay in prison is that of the repercussions to the city of Athens. If Socrates escaped, the Athens city together with its fabric, laws, would be annihilated. By the extension, destruction of the Athens’ city equally destroyed the lives of people of Athens. Socrates argues that harming others is similar to harming ones soul because such an act constituted an unjust act. Therefore, it was a wiser decision to meet death rather than escape. Finally, Socrates considers the consensus argument in his decision to stay in prison. Escaping from prison broke his consensus with his city and such an act constituted injustice. Therefore, it constituted maligning one’s soul and, therefore, it was better to die than live with an unjust soul.

Fedex External Environment

FedEx External Environment Audit 1. How is the industry structured? The industry is defined by NAICS as the logistics, transportation, and related business services. This is a very broad definition because it doesn’t define the main function of the business, which is express delivery and shipping that includes a wide range of services for both businesses and consumers. FedEx offers express delivery, ground, and freight shipping, in domestic and international markets. The most important dominant economic traits of the express delivery and shipping industry are: Market Size and Growth * The express delivery and shipping industry is $189B with a growth rate of 0. 1% globally. Although there has been a -2% decline in the industry in the U. S. , there is a tremendous amount of potential growth in the developing and international markets. The shipping services industry could be classified as being in the mature stage of the industry life cycle since the main focus is increasing mark et share and increasing cash flow. Future growth is dependent on the penetration and development of new markets. -Degree of Product Differentiation Companies within the industry are differentiated by price, the markets they serve, reliability, and speed. Smaller firms who serve local segments are differentiated by the custom and personalized level of service. Larger firms who serve the global segment are differentiated by price, guaranteed delivery, and service. Price is a major factor for e-commerce businesses relying on the price of shipping and delivery times. Prices for shipping smaller individual packages are similar, but companies who ship in high volume get a break. Although there is some loyalty, price is a determining factor for businesses. Scope of competitive rivalry/number of rivals * A few major players in the shipping industry dominate the world market. FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS hold 67% of the market share who ship worldwide and within the U. S. Larger firms have an a dvantage based on brand recognition and the wide range of services they offer. Penetrating into international markets with growing economies will create an opportunity for larger firms to grow. -Number of buyers * Demand for express deliveries is dependent upon the health of the global economy and the growth of e-commerce.As the economy grows, so does the demand for shipment of products to consumers and other businesses. As the economy slows down, so do the number of businesses using shipping and freight services to deliver products. During a recession, businesses shut down, and consumers stop spending buying products online, which directly effects the number of items being shipped. -Economies of scale * Larger firms tend to have more â€Å"hubs,† which are local sorting facilities for packages before reaching their final destinations, which creates efficiency in the delivery process, as well as reaching more locations that smaller companies cannot.Economies of scale also hel ps with various costs, such as fuel, which is a major cost in the shipping and freight industries. 2. What is competition like? What forces are at work? According to Porter’s 5-forces model, express delivery and shipping industry is very competitive. The five forces are listed in order from strongest to weakest. -Intensity of rivalry => Very Strong Intensity of rivalry among current competitors is extremely high to increase market share. The large firms, such as FedEx and UPS, must consistently compete in price, service, reliability, and implement new technologies to improve the efficiency of shipment.Cost of fuel has risen 6. 8% from 2011 which is the main operating expense in the industry and is difficult for firms to pass on the cost to the customers due to low switching costs. Margins remain low making it very competitive to maintain the volume of shipment and avoiding price wars. -Bargaining Power of Suppliers => Strong The main suppliers would be the oil companies who s upply fuel and the suppliers of human resources, which are the employees. Although these are not direct suppliers in the conventional sense, they do have a significant impact on the day-to-day functions.Global supplies and demands of fuel directly impact its cost, which is the main variable effecting margin of the industry. The human capital of its workforce directly affects the efficiency of its daily functions and the reliability that consumers depend on. Employees have power bargaining power by possibly going on strike which could bring deliveries to a halt. In that sense it, employees have a strong bargaining power and could demand higher pay, increase in benefits, and better working conditions. -Bargaining Power of Buyers => StrongLarge shipping companies depend more on businesses that use who ship products in high volume. The switching costs can be very little to practically nothing, causing the industry to lack brand loyalty. Customers can easily switch over to a competitor w ho offers service that’s slightly cheaper or at a faster speed. Firms rely on businesses and e-commerce for their own industry to be profitable. -Threat of New Entrants => Weak Threat of new entrants is low. The cost of fixed assets to be competing in the industry is extremely high. It would cost billions of dollars to obtain the proper number of airplanes, trucks, and software. This would also require billions of dollars in fuel cost, maintenance, and human capital to operate properly. It would also be difficult for a new entrant to gain market share due to the high brand recognition of the industry leaders making it difficult to differentiate them in a substantial way. Even with economies of scale, profit margins are very narrow making it difficult to gain a profit. Distribution and number of â€Å"hubs† would be difficult to match. -Threat of Substitutes => Weak There isn’t really a substitute that can take the place of physically moving products from one plac e to another. In the past, the internet has replaced mail and delivery for the transfer of documents and funds. Value- net analysis reveals various complements could help differentiate firms from one another. Additional services for businesses with marketing materials and packaging would help firms to increase business for their customers. In conclusion, this is an extremely competitive industry. Although there is no threat of substitutes for this type of service, it is a very difficult industry to profit and compete in. 3. What trends are driving changes in the industry? Trends that are causing changes in the industry are: Increased globalization of the industry (+) * Businesses are becoming more globalized and penetrating into international markets will be key to the growth of the industry. There is an increase of businesses in developing countries and there is an increase in e-commerce. -Increasing fuel cost (-) * Fuel is the biggest cost in the express delivery industry and many recent global supply problems have increased the costs. Political uprisings in the Middle East, and threats of war across the region affect supply. Major price fluctuations cut into profits. -Going green (+) Many countries and industries have been pushing the green efforts. Car and truck companies have been producing electric and hybrid vehicles that can significantly reduce the cost of fuel. The long-term savings will outweigh the short-term cost of replacing and updating vehicles to hybrids. -Increased competition and regulation in new markets (-) * Government owned express delivery service providers usually monopolize the industry in the country and can impose regulations to prevent private and foreign companies to do business, or even impose strict customs processes. -Businesses switching to online models (+) More businesses are switching to online models to reduce inventory and overhead costs. With the increase of the number of people with access to computers and the Internet, new markets are appearing with the ability to purchase online. Businesses have increased their online presence, and offer online purchasing and even mobile apps for convenience. This increases the number of shipments direct from warehouses to customers, and creates a dependence on shipping services. The trends are mostly positive suggesting that the future of the expressing shipping services industry is likely to increase, yet will be very competitive.
